Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for providing vehicle repair and maintenance services by G-Serwis, ul. Przedmiejska 1, 54-203 Wrocław.

We accept a vehicle once the scope of the request has been agreed. The person handing over the vehicle confirms they are authorised to order the repair.

After diagnostics we present the scope of work and the cost. Work begins only after the customer approves the quote.

If additional work turns out to be needed during the repair, we contact the customer before carrying it out.

We agree the completion date individually; it depends on parts availability. The vehicle is released once payment has been settled.

We provide a warranty on the service performed, to the extent and for the period stated on the work order.
