Platform

A workshop operating system — the one we use every single day

This is not a concept deck. We run our own workshop and rental business on this panel: vehicle intake, job order, parts, money, documents and reports in one place.

Access after signing in — the panel runs one specific workshop.

The workshop control centre

One screen for the whole day: a metric strip, an income chart, the job queue and the vehicle and client context. Below is the layout only — real figures are visible to the signed-in workshop.

  • Weekly income
  • Jobs in progress
  • Cars on rent

What is inside

Every module runs on real workshop data — nothing here is a mock-up.

Job orders and work board

Vehicle intake with a protocol and photos, orders broken down into labour and parts, work stages on a board.

Cash and finance

Weekly income and spending, net and gross side by side, VAT, mechanic commission and parts margin.

Warehouse and catalogue

Stock levels with a minimum threshold, supplier orders, purchase invoices and your own labour catalogue.

Rental and contracts

Fleet with insurance and inspection dates, reservations, rental contracts and handover protocols with photos.

Clients and documents

Client and vehicle records, a repair-status link for the client, printable protocols and contracts.

Reports and change log

Week and month results from actual records, plus a log of who changed what and when.

The client side

What the workshop's client sees of the panel — on a phone, with nothing to install.

  • 01

    Repair status from a link

The client gets their own link and sees the repair stage without calling.

  • 02

    Booking a slot

The website form lands straight in the workshop's orders.

  • 03

    Phone and AI integrations

Calls and enquiries are stored next to the client and the vehicle.

How it is organised

  1. 01

Each workshop's data is separated at the database level — an account only ever sees its own workshop.

  2. 02

Permissions are granted per workshop: owner, director, service, rental.

  3. 03

New workshops join by invitation — until the onboarding process is finished we will not pretend to be self-service.
